Strategic Planning Development
Overview:
Association Des Jeunes Islamiques (ADJI), a non-governmental humanitarian organization, is dedicated to empowering individuals, particularly those with disabilities, to achieve innovation and independence. Our project centered on facilitating the development of a comprehensive strategic plan in harmony with ADJI’s mission and values. We conducted training for ADJI’s management team and staff, equipping them with the essential skills and knowledge required for active involvement in crafting, executing, and monitoring the strategic plan.
Our Scope of Work:
The project’s primary objective was the formulation, execution, and oversight of a 5-year strategic plan aligned with ADJI’s mission, which seeks to empower individuals, particularly those with disabilities, and promote inclusivity within communities. Our training encompassed vital aspects of strategic planning, including fundamentals, situational analysis, SMART goal setting, resource allocation, monitoring, evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication.
The project yielded a well-structured strategic plan document, a comprehensive situational analysis report, SMART goals complete with key performance indicators, actionable plans, resource allocation frameworks, monitoring and evaluation systems, stakeholder engagement strategies, comprehensive training materials, and a final presentation delivered to key stakeholders. This initiative ensures that ADJI’s valuable resources are harnessed efficiently, thereby maximizing its impact while remaining steadfastly aligned with its core mission.
