Career Center and Alumni Development
Overview:
The Career Center and Alumni Development Project, undertaken for the Islamic University of Lebanon (IUL), aimed to enhance career services and strengthen alumni engagement initiatives at the university. This comprehensive project involved a systematic approach to assess the needs, develop a strategic plan, and implement key initiatives to support the career development of students and foster a strong alumni network.
Our Scope of Work:
Preparatory Phase
• Conducted an initial meeting with key stakeholders at IUL to understand their vision, goals, and expectations.
• Reviewed existing career services and alumni engagement initiatives at IUL.
• Identified potential challenges and opportunities related to implementing the Career Center and Alumni Development project.
Needs Assessment
• Designed and administered surveys to students, recent graduates, and alumni to understand their career-related needs and interests.
• Conducted focus group discussions with students, faculty, and staff to gather qualitative insights on career development and alumni engagement.
• Analyzed survey data and qualitative findings to identify key themes and needs.
Strategy Development
• Developed a strategic plan for the Career Center and Alumni Development project, based on the needs assessment findings.
• Defined the goals, objectives, and key performance indicators for the project.
• Identified potential resources, partnerships, and funding opportunities.
• Outlined a timeline and action plan for the implementation of the project.
