Our partnership with Omran Foundation aimed to support and nurture Lebanese entrepreneurs as they ventured into the dynamic landscape of the MENA region. Here is an overview of our roles and responsibilities in this capacity:

Incubator Program Design and Implementation:
– Project Development: Salem Group took on the pivotal role of designing, developing, and executing the incubator program. This comprehensive involvement allowed us to tailor the program to meet the specific needs and aspirations of aspiring entrepreneurs.

– Strategic Collaboration: We maintained an ongoing and collaborative dialogue with Omran Foundation’s management. These discussions were instrumental in shaping the incubator program. Topics included devising outreach strategies for startups and entrepreneurs and defining criteria for selecting projects to compete in various Middle Eastern countries.

Training and Workshops:
– Soft Skills Training: Salem Group developed a robust training program that encompassed both foundational and intermediate levels. This initiative aimed to equip entrepreneurs with essential soft skills necessary for their journey in the entrepreneurial landscape.

– Mentoring Program: Our team conceptualized and implemented a mentoring program. This program introduced participants to key concepts related to startup development and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) creation.

– Webinar Sessions: We organized and hosted informative webinar sessions. These sessions served as a platform to introduce interested startups to the program’s concepts and objectives.

Our collaboration with Omran Foundation as the Lebanese Implementing Incubator Partner and Mentor Hub underscores Salem Group’s commitment to fostering entrepreneurship, providing training, and nurturing startup ventures in the MENA region.
